🧬 Generation Time!
1️⃣ The survivors (the moths you missed!)
Every survivor carries a colour gene 🧬 inside it — a "dark" gene or a "light" gene.
2️⃣ They have babies — genes are inherited!
Each baby inherits its parent's colour gene 🧬. Dark parent → dark baby. Light parent → light baby. Sometimes a gene changes a little — a mutation ✨ — making a different-colour baby!
3️⃣ Natural selection changes the family
